Do you ship international?

Unfortunately, due to regulations we're unable to ship trees internationally . We do however ship tools and merchandise internationally.

Can you ship to Canada?

At the moment, we're unable to ship trees to Canada but we're able to ship tools and merchandise.

Can you help care for my tree?

Yes we can email us for details and help regarding your tree.

How do you ship your trees?

Specimen Bonsai Trees will go through special handling and be shipped in customized boxes. Seedlings and Pre-Bonsai are shipped in poly bags to lessen the damage during shipping.

Keep in mind that most trees will show stress and possibly damage during shipment. Especially during the summer months deciduous trees may lose leaves or get the crinkles. They will bounce back. I try to ship only when the weather is reasonable but weather can change drastically in different areas of the country, so please advise if you're outside the safe zone of temps. (90s and above is outside of the safe zone)

My order broke during shipment, what should I do?

Please send us a picture as soon as possible. So we an access the situation and work with you for a refund or replacement.

How often do you list new trees?

We list new trees weekly. Every time something new is added to our inventory we will update the date on our front page.

Do you have a store front I can visit?

We're actively looking for a new site to build a store front on. For locals you can make an appointment with us for local pick up or a site visit.

What are the most popular bonsai trees?

Some of the most popular bonsai species are Junipers, Elms and, Maples.
